The mobile application B-Assist is provided free of charge and has been specifically designed for clients of Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group in Bulgaria.

The recent update to the application brings extended functionality, enhancing convenience and efficiency.

If you are covered by Health Care insurance, upon successful registration in the app, you can perform the following tasks:

• Arrange appointments for online consultations.
• Submit reimbursement applications online.
• Generate a virtual copy of your personal ID card for client identification with Health Care insurance at any time.
• Request confirmation for highly specialized medical examinations.
• Access up-to-date information on submitted insurance claims and services utilized.
• Utilize a map displaying medical facilities within the Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group network.
• Inquire about coverage under your Health Care insurance policy.

Even if you do not have Health Care insurance through Bulstrad Life, using B-Assist enables clients to easily:

• Purchase select insurance products online offered by Bulstrad Life.
• Make online payments for long-term life insurance premiums offered by Bulstrad Life.
• Report insurance events (excluding "Health Care" policies) online.
